President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR,
President of the FRN,
Presidential Villa,
Abuja.
Your Excellency,
FORGET THE LIES YOU ARE BEING TOLD BY THE PDP HUSTLERS IN AND AROUND YOUR GOVERNMENT, SENATOR DR IFEANYI OKOWA REMAINS THE MOST RELEVANT POLITICAL ACTOR AND STRATEGIST FROM SOUTH-SOUTH.
Mr President, kindly permit us to use this medium to appreciate you for not interfering in the governorship election cases at the Supreme Court as some political worn-outs from PDP that are hustling in and around your government wanted you to do for their selfish reasons. Your decision to respect the Separation of Powers principle as a staunch democrat who believes in the power of the people's votes will not go without mention, because the country might have been in crises by now if you had influenced the judgement in favour of your party the APC.
Mr President, so many intrigues played out during the presidential and governorship primaries in the PDP that saw some of the so-called big names out of the party due to their dwindling popularity. These are cowards who couldn't come out openly to campaign for your election or declare support for the APC, but quickly rushed to Abuja as soon as you were declared President.
Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, the former Governor of Delta State is a thorough-bred political strategist, a political engineer and statistician, one who has not lost any election in his life until the last presidential election where you outsmarted them due to some avoidable crises in the PDP.
Sir, with the recent Supreme Court judgement in favour of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State you will agree with us that Sen. Dr Okowa is the only person you need to be on your side/work with from the region, with regards to your developmental plans for the region and Nigeria at large.
Senator Okowa is not a loud mouth, he is a good listener and a goal getter, he is not arrogant and boastful but result oriented. One who may support your government with his vast knowledge on good governance, efficient management of economy and prudent management of scarce resources if approached.
Mr President, despite the ambush laid by these ungodly forces that came together from Rivers and Delta States to cut down Dr Okowa's popularity by upturning the mandate freely given to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori at the Supreme Court because of his (Okowa) rising profile for fear of 2027, is enough reason for you to work closely with him as the political beautiful bride of the South-South geopolitical region.
He defeated the godfathers to produce his successor despite the unwarranted gang-up against him, and made the loud mouth and chicken liver man of the region cry on national television daily for not being selected as the running mate of Atiku Abubakar.
Though, we are not speaking for Senator Dr Okowa but we know it from our hearts that he is not against your presidency let alone asking anyone to use Delta State money to sponsor a case of forgery against you in faraway America as these forces of darkness have been saying just to create a deep hatred between you and the gentleman medical doctor. Those lies were the handiworks of the PDP hustlers that are in and around your government. They just need to lie and pull down anyone considered as a threat to their meal tickets.
They know that Senator Dr Okowa has the brain, structures and good relationship with the people to resist the APC (their new found love) inroad to the region in 2027 and any other time, therefore wants to see how they can cut him off.
Like they say; "common sense is not common", if not, they would have come to him for help because of their job and meal ticket. But, arrogance and the lies they have told will not allow them to humble themselves.
Finally your Excellency, the South-South geopolitical region has six states with the PDP having five out of it; with Sen Okowa as the Leader of the party in the region the party (PDP) may reclaim Cross River State from the APC in future. In other words, you need Dr Okowa more than these hangers-on.
