The Chairman, Nigeria Majority Leaders' Forum, Majority Leader of Delta State House of Assembly and Member representing Aniocha North Constituency, Hon. Engr. Emeka Emmanuel Nwaobi Ph.D., has lauded the appointment of the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Dr. Mrs. Mininim Oseji as the Delta State substantive Head of Service.
Hon. Nwaobi in a statement, described the gesture as a great benefit for Aniocha North Constituency and the entire State.
According to him, "I wish to express my profound appreciation to the Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori for this well deserved appointment of an illustrious constituent, Dr. Mrs. Mininim Oseji as Head of Service of the State. This is truly a huge favour to the entire Aniocha North Constituency and we don't take it for granted.
"Dr. Mininim Oseji has had a very robust career in the civil service where she has distinguished herself all these years. This appointment is truly deserving and it is an attestation for competence and more hard-work.
