Donald Trump has proposed a plan to abolish US income taxes for American citizens living abroad, with the aim of simplifying their tax situation, FIVE News Reports. 

Currently, US citizens must file tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and may also be subject to taxes in their country of residence, potentially leading to double taxation.
