Isreal Takes Tough Decision Against Palestinian Refugee Agency

Israel’s parliament has voted to expel the UN’s Palestinian refugee agency (UNRWA) from Israel and East Jerusalem within three months, cutting key connections with Israeli officials and military, FIVE News reports. 

Global leaders, including the UN Secretary General, voiced serious concerns, warning this could severely impact humanitarian aid to millions in Gaza and the West Bank.

Israel’s Prime Minister Netanyahu defended the decision over security concerns but pledged continued civilian aid in Gaza.
