KandySea, born in 1972, is a renowned Nigerian reggae artist from Ogbe Obi Quarters, Onicha Olona, Aniocha North LGA, Delta State. Born to Mr. and Mrs. Michael Nwaodi, KandySea's musical journey began at an early age, singing at birthdays, weddings, and other social gatherings.

KandySea attended Ugba Primary School in Onicha Olona, followed by Boys' Secondary School Onicha Olona, and later Ezi Community Secondary School. He completed his secondary education at New Bethel Secondary School, Isulo, Umunze, Orumba LGA, Anambra State.
*Music Career*
KandySea's musical talent is multifaceted, playing instruments like the guitar, saxophone, drums, flute, and buzz. His singing prowess and melodious tone have captivated audiences, earning him recognition as one of Nigeria's top reggae artists.
In 1990, at 19, KandySea recorded his debut album "Enough is Enough" under Felin Records, featuring hits like "Golden Girl" and "The Young Generation". Success followed with his 1994 album "Humble Lion", which included tracks like "She Gives me Joy" and "Kandy Sea has Come". The album earned him a nomination at the Nigeria Music Award and won the best reggae gospel song of the year by Edo-Delta's Writers Association of Nigeria.
