The Ugoani of Okpanam, His Royal Majesty, Dr Michael Mbanefo Ogbolu, flanked by Ogbueshi Kato amongst others has commissioned the Okpanam civic center project.
The Okpanam civic center, a project executed by Hon. Ngozi Lawrence Okolie member representing Aniocha Oshimili Federal Constituency of labour party is a first timer at the National Assembly and in his first 18months in office.
