Tragedy: School Bus Fire Kïlls 23

At least 23 people, including students and teachers, died when a school bus caught fire near Bangkok. 

FIVE News reports that "The bus, carrying over 40 passengers, ignited due to a suspected gas cylinder explosion."

"Authorities are investigating possible negligence as the cause."
