Adigwe Says Azinge's Asagbaship 'll Reposition Asaba For Greatness

The former member of the House of Representatives deputy national Organizing Secretary of PDP,  Hon. Pascal Nwaoranine Adigwe  has said that the Asagba of Asaba Kingdom, Obi (Prof) Epiphany Azinge has all it takes to reposition Asaba for greatness again.

He described the process that brought Obi Azinge to authority as historically awesome and something worth emulating by other communities having the challenge of selecting prospective kings for their kingdoms.

The grassroots politician cum community leader in a statement, congratulated the new Asagba, stating that as someone who has adopted  Ndi Asaba as his brothers, sisters, kits and kins he had keenly watched the process of producing the new Asagba of Asaba after the last occupant, who was a father actor him and a fellow University of Ibadan Allimni and could attest to the fact that Asaba people have proven to be careful custodians of culture and traditions of their forebears inspite of their wildly acclaimed  education and exposure. 

Adigwe hailed the emergence of Obi Prof. Epiphany Azinge as Asagba, thereby reaffirming that the Kingdom of Asaba has made the right and most suitable choice in Azinge for the stool of the Asagba of Asaba. in fact he call him "My Asagba".

He eulogized the character, personality and leadership disposition of Obi Azinge both in the legal profession, community development services, social and academics environment and humanity in general; recalling his impact in university of Benin where he, Adigwe obtained a masters and dint in Phd years ago. He therefore confirmed that the legal luminary was adequately prepared for the throne of his forefathers and would not disappoint at this time of greater service to his people.

The political strategist posited that he has no doubts in the capacity of Obi Azinge to deliver as a traditional ruler to bring Asaba and the rest of Anioma nation to a position of reckoning.

Praying God to grant the new Asagba the wisdom and wherewithal to lead Asaba people in the right direction, Adigwe  affirmed that what Obi Azinge needs now is more of prayers, support and cooperation from within and outside to succeed in his agenda for Asaba Kingdom, Anioma, Delta and Nigeria.
