The SDP gubernatorial candidate of the just concluded Delta State gubernatorial election Barr Kenneth Gbagi has stated that the people who contested election with him were not qualified.
Speaking to pressmen in Asaba at the multidoor court room Asaba just after his Fore mention process, Gbagi hinted that " to came to submit my 76 page petition, my prayers is to remove rascals and persons who have no business contesting election."
Speaking further Gbagi stated that during the elections "there are lots of malpractices, vote buying, food been cooked for people, wrappers been bought, my petition has made mention of that and I pray the judiciary does justice to it."
"The fact will speak for itself, maybe people thought that it's business as usual, everybody who contested election with me is first and foremost not qualified to contest for election." He added.
Also Speaking was the lead counsel for the Social democratic party SDP, Barr Magagi Matto Ibrahim SAN who stated that "first all the other candidates are not qualified, two the election was not conducted in line with the electoral act."
